Wellbeing & yoga for women and children

Yoga classes for women and children to help support the mental wellbeing of migrants in Birmingham

Our women and children yoga sessions offer the perfect chance to unwind, move, and connect in a warm and welcoming space. Designed for adults and children alike, these sessions blend gentle movement, breath work, and storytelling to create an engaging experience that kids love, while still offering a great range of exercises for parents. These specific sessions are for women and children in the Afghan and Syrian community.
