Lora Krasteva | Becoming British

How much do we change when we move to a new country? What do we embrace, resist, leave behind? Can we really, one day, become “truly” British? And what does that even mean?

This multimedia exhibition is the aftermath of a 6h durational task-based performance interrogating national identity and questioning the concept of “Britishness”. Step into a world of absence, still imbued with the hard work of five immigrants who attempted the feat of “Becoming”.

To witness the live performance on Friday 7th February, book  here or view the final exhibition from Saturday 08 February to Saturday 15 February (Centrala opening hours apply).
