Centrala temporary closure
We are aware of the importance of cultural engagement and participation during the time of social isolation. We are also committed to our audiences and we will not stop delivering our artistic programme. We will present our projects online, using social media and streaming platforms, making sure our audiences can still participate in our programme and engage with our team and artists. We are still working remotely - we are also more than happy to stay in touch with you. If you want to contact us, drop us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will respect all our commitments to the artists, freelancers working with us along with the staff. It is a challenging time for us, similarly to other venues and public spaces our insurance will not cover the loss of income which keeps our music programme going. We are hopeful that we will get through this difficult time, in meanwhile please support any petitions putting pressure on the government to do more for venues like us so Birmingham will still have a vibrant music scene in few months.
We are continuing supporting CEE migrant communities offering Skype calls and distributing information. We are working closely with Birmingham City Council making sure all updates are available. Please follow Polish Expats Association for community updates.
We are really grateful for all of the words of support received so far. We are also thankful for the support of Arts Council England. We look forward to seeing you back to our gallery soon in the future, but for now we hope everyone stays safe and healthy.
