Parasite Nurse is Samantha Hernandez. Originating as a harsh noise project based in New York City in 2019 multiple disciplines of experimental music have been incorporated such as sound collage, ambient and spoken word.
With portentous drumbeats, powerdrill feedback, big-rig bass throb and throttled vocals, Bristol’s Distraxi manifests queer sonic desperation through her self-styled “pain electronics”.
