Memory, Trauma and Healing Workshop for Women

Join internationally recognised trauma healing expert Nela Milic for an intimate and transformative workshop exploring the interconnected realms of memory, trauma, and healing.

During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to delve into the complex nature of trauma and its impact on memory, drawing on Milic’s extensive experience working with survivors of war, torture, and other forms of violence. Through a combination of theoretical discussions and experiential exercises, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the processes of healing and learn practical tools for integrating traumatic experiences into a cohesive narrative of personal growth and resilience.

Milic’s residency launches with two thought-provoking installations —Text Illumination and Wrappery. Text Illumination  explores post-conflict recovery and reconciliation, using light and text to reflect on the rebuilding of trust in divided societies. Wrappery, an evolving piece that began at the Croatia Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, delves into memory preservation through interaction.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn from one of the leading voices in the field of trauma healing. Register now to secure your spot in this transformative workshop.
