The Trio is composed of Aidan Amann, Leo Morland their guitarist and Josh Vadiveloo their bassist. The musicians- are all, second year students on the jazz course at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and have been playing as a trio for around 1 year.
When it comes to their gigs, they always like to incorporate a balance of traditional standards that jazz fans will likely know, with some more modern or niche heads to provide an expansive repertoire. Among the tunes they will be playing: their variation on the Jerome Kern standard ‘All the things you are’ and Wayne Shorter’s (suitably Halloween themed) ‘Witch Hunt’.
