Hyped to finally announce the return of PUNKS 4 PRIDE – back bigger than ever before. This event is being run to support the network of alternative pride events appearing in Brum, all in support of the ongoing boycott of Birmingham Pride Festival itself (check out @brumq4p for more info). There is no pride in genocide and ecocide, and as a community it is our duty to push these influences out of our spaces.
Entry to this event is donation based, with a recommended donation of £15 (to support the bands, staff and venue), additionally nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. The venue is around 100cap, so this event will be first come first served for entry.
The lineup is in two parts to allow for a breather/food break! Music starts at 2:15pm, and ends at 10:30pm.
