AFTERMATH is a programme of short animations exploring the Great War at its centenary, and themes of conflict and loss. The programme is inspired by Elizabeth Hobbs’ ‘I’m OK’, about the Expressionist artist Oskar Kokoschka and his experiences as a soldier in the First World War.
The event is presented in partnership with the ‘Voices of War and Peace: the Great War and its legacy’ AHRC/HLF First World War Engagement Centre that is based at the Library of Birmingham.
Owing to the subject nature, the programme is intended for a 15+ audience.
Supported by Arts Council England’s Grants for the Arts.
